Chairs

This is Carolyn B. modeling the famous Whitby chair. Red Ranger came with two, well-made, heavy-duty steel-frame chairs. The chairs dog down the floorboards in the Whitby saloon and flank the bar.

As nice as they are, we don't like them. They're heavy and relatively difficult to move. They have to be locked down when you're sailing, which makes the storage behind the chair a little difficult to get to.

We don't want to throw them away. First, they're good chairs.

More importantly, we figure that someone is restoring a Whitby 42 and wants two original chairs in good condition.

They're yours for the cost of shipping. They're just shy of 25 pounds each.

And yes, in the other picture, I'm lowering it down the parking lot using the dinghy davits.
